Environmental Services
Delivering expert environmental consulting for due diligence, liability protection, cost-effective compliance and remediation solutions to Real Estate Buyers, Commercial and Industrial Property Owners, Residential and Commercial Land Developers, and Regulated Entity Owners with environmental professionals licensed by the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP), Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank (LPST) Corrective Action, Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) for Asbestos Consulting, and Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) for Mold Assessments.
- Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ASTM regulatory databases radius search, historical records search, site inspection, local government records search, etc.).
- Records Search with Risk Assessment (RSRA) – SBA Environmental Due Diligence Reports.
- Phase II Environmental Site Assessment and Site Investigation Reports (drilling to install environmental soil borings and monitor wells to collect soil and groundwater samples for laboratory analyses of chemicals of concern).
- Underground Storage Tank (UST) Removal and Release Determination Reports (excavation and removal of USTs, tankhold, pipe chase, dispenser island, excavated soils sampling and documentation of UST removal activities) to obtain a closure letter from TCEQ Remediation Division or continue with LPST Corrective Action.
- LPST Corrective Actions / Response Actions including Risk-Based Assessment, Product Removal, Groundwater Monitoring and Remediation Plans to obtain No Further Action letter from TCEQ Remediation Division for LPST Case Closure.
- Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP), Innocent Owner Program (IOP), Dry Cleaner Remediation Program (DCRP), and Industrial Hazardous Waste Corrective Action (IHW-CA) Program Applications to conduct response actions under the TCEQ’s Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) and to prepare Affected Property Assessment Report (APAR) using Self Implementation Plan (SIP) to obtain VCP or IOP Certificates of Completion or IHW-CA No Further Action letter from TCEQ Remediation Division.
- Dry Cleaner Remediation Program (DCRP) Applications to enroll property owners or facilities in the DCRP to conduct state-lead response actions for dry cleaners.
- Asbestos Inspections and Surveys, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Plans, and Abatement Consulting for Renovation and Demolition Projects to identify Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACMs) and develop plans to manage-in-place or remove the ACMs.
- Asbestos Abatement Project Design Specifications and Air Monitoring for final clearance during and after abatement activities.
- Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Mold Assessments and Mold Remediation Consulting to identify IAQ and mold problems in buildings and develop remediation plans.
