Land Surveying
FLANAGAN Land Surveying department specializes in design-caliber survey services for all phases of land development: planning and due diligence, title conveyance and ALTA, topography, platting, construction layout, as-built conditions, and separate instrument exhibits. Environmental Services
We deliver expert Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I and Phase II ESAs) and cost-effective compliance and remediation solutions for environmental (TCEQ UST, LPST, TRRP, APAR, IHW-CA and VCP), asbestos and indoor air quality projects for responsible development and compliance with environmental standards.
